Introduction
Reproduction depends on pair. Negative and positives are the factors of pair. Human community?s long term existence is the obstinacy of the universe. These two factors are essential for that purpose. If we give more priority for one factor, and ignore another, then cant attain the purpose of universe. The pairs in human communities are men and women. Then both of them deserves equal power.
Pair is not one person. But it consists two persons. They need differences. If they have no difference there is no need of pair. These differences belong to the both of men and women; their own qualities, laws, priorities, recognition. Thousands of laws equal for both but some are must differed.

It is a prevailing phenomenon that the women are harassed in the various sectors of the India as well as the world. The responsibility which is thrown on the shoulders of everyone. Who wishes the well being of the society to react effectively.
Women in ancient era.
The old Hindu, Jewish, Greece, Babylonia (Hammurabi), Bharat (Manusrmithi) they were felt that there is no equal power for men and women. They even can?t think of womanless community can give pleasure, reproduction.

If a girl reaches her teenage, she tempt to exhibitionism. And she can?t control her emotion. That why many missing cases were registered.

Are you noticed the football, Volleyball. Any of them can you find out women and men playing together. Why? they play in Olympics, sports and many item differently. Women have their own physical problems and positives. Like, Menses, pregnancy, delivery, etc?
