Inflammation of your one or more joints is termed as Arthritis resulting into intense joint pain and immobility in severe conditions. A few decades ago Arthritis was common health issue especially amongst senior citizens but nowadays it can be found in adults. There are two types of it, Osteo and Rheumatoid arthritis, both affects joints in different ways having different symptoms. There are a couple of natural remedies for joint pain and arthritis which manages the symptoms and relieves pain.

1. Take 2 cups of water to boil
2. Add ½ teaspoon of ground ginger and turmeric
3. Reduce to simmer
4. Let it cool down for 10-15 minutes.
5. Strain it and add honey to taste.
6. Take it twice daily.
3 Magnesium:
Magnesium plays very important role in relaxing muscles and nerve endings relieve stiffness and relieving pain. Daily our body needs it in 300 different biochemical processes. The research published in The American Journal of Clinical Nutrition showed that people who took high magnesium diet had higher bone density and overall stronger bone. So it’s good to have it inadequate amount especially if you suffer from Arthritis. There are various sources to get it as we cannot produce magnesium. Green leafy vegetables such as spinach, nuts or beans are best natural sources of it.
4 Extra Virgin Olive Oil:
Lubricate your painful joints with extra virgin olive oil to relieve arthritis pain. Olive oil majorly contains a compound named “oleocanthal”. It restricts the production of inflammatory enzymes such as COX-1 and COX-2. However oleocanthal is very sensitive to heat, so you should use it as cold-pressed. Even you take it orally to get the maximum benefits but it is dense in calorie so consider to cut down other fats, if you take it orally.
5 Dandelion Leaves:
The good availability of linoleic and linoleic acid in dandelion leaves claims to have a potential anti-inflammatory effect.
