I have seen many of them using an excuse "BECAUSE I AM AN INTROVERT" most of the time. But my friend you are not less than any other personality.
Here are some qualities that mostly Introverts have even if they are not aware:
The personality type says that Introverts are concerned with their own thoughts. They are deep thinkers, less interested in external things or say less worried about the world, sometimes shy.
I agree to that at some extent but its important for a person to understand their quality and to know how to use it even though you are shy.
Great Listeners
Introverts got the best skill that is the art of listening. A good speaker must be a Good Listener they say. You got the quality of listening.
You can confidently express your point of view with valid reasons.
You are a good advisor.
You have a great career in writing.
Attentive
You don?t believe in multi tasking because for you it is important to complete a single work with full efficiency. You give your 100% while doing a task.
Studious
Well it is believed that an introvert person is good in studies. It doesn?t mean a bookworm always but if you indulged into something than you can get a fruitful result of your hardwork.
Romantic
You prefer sitting under the stars at night with your partner rather to go pubs, disco, parties. Cuddling, Little talks, quality time with your partner means a lot to you.
Well Disciplined
You prefer keeping you books in shelf than in bed. You keep your shoes at the right place rather tossing them around. Yes you are well maintained, sincere and disciplined.
Emotional
When it comes to a great friend, You are the one. You can emotionally support a person very well. May be they have a lot of friends but when it comes to a true friend, sooner or later they will come to you.
Self-Sufficient
You don?t need anyone when it comes to your enjoyment. You are not a party freak you can enjoy sitting alone watching a movie or doing things which you like.
Sometimes doing nothing is also a sort of entertainment to you. :p

See? you watch Hear? You listen Notice? you observe.
You can easily learn from the things happening around you . You know what is good or bad for you. You choose wisely.
Sensitive
You can easily get hurt because you have a sensitive heart. Being sensitive is good but people can sometimes take advantage of it. Be careful.
Misunderstood by people
People think you don?t like them. They think you are arrogant. But you are totally different from what you seem to them. You love being around good people. It?s just your personality which keeps you away from crowd.

Don?t be TOO sensitive.
Stop saying yes to everything. Learn to say NO !!
